Great teachers = Great results is a small report on the Queensland Government's five-year, $537 million action plan for all Queensland schools. The Queensland Government's plan is aimed at improving student outcomes in Queensland's state, Catholic and independent schools through improving the quality and standards of teaching in our schools and providing schools with greater autonomy to make decisions that best suit their local communities. The plan will also help create safe and supportive environments to teach and learn by : strengthening discipline, streamlining processes for suspensions and exclusions, and introducing new student behaviour contracts accommodating students with chronic behavioural issues in alternative school environments.
