註釋Presents cases which represent either outstanding examples of classic radiologic entities or cases that are particularly unusual in some way. These cases are organized by body system and presented to readers as an unknown with the minimal essential clinical information followed by a series of images with legends. There is a list of the entities to be considered, the correct diagnosis, and a discussion of the pathological findings with an illustration. This is then followed by a discussion of the entity that includes an indication of degree to which the lesion is diagnosable by the imaging studies, and how rare conditions may be differentiated from more common pathology. The perfect self-assessment/ board review.
