‘Phases' emphasises on healing and growth. The book has been divided into two parts - ‘Destruction’ and ‘Reconstruction.’ First part has been covered in the black pages of the book and second part has been covered in the white pages of the book. Both parts of the book engage with sensitive human emotions and also serve as a poetic guide to healing. The poems are a pen portrait of anxiety, depression, loss, heartbreak, healing and survival.
