CPD Self-Defense Method
註釋

“Tree wants peace, yet wind does not”

Japanese proverb

The CPD Method is a Self-Defense method which consists of a large number of techniques, both physical and non-physical. The physical techniques are based in Traditional Martial Arts (judo, karatedo, aikido, kobudo, kyusho) and are adapted to the specific situations they are needed for. This adaptation will be determined by the context in which these techniques must be used. Feminine Personal Defense, Police Self-Defense, Street Self-Defense. As well as these three Self-Defense fields, the CPD Methods comprises Comprehensive Penitentiary Defense, which, due to such a specific context it takes place in, deserves a special mention.

The CPD Method opts for the philosophy of the minimum possible amount of intervention. This translates into avoiding conflict. If conflict is inevitable, then we will use the maximum proportionality in our techniques, causing the minimum possible amount of damage.
