A System for Evaluating Training and Educational Programs for Effective Learning
註釋"The purpose of this project was to establish a system and mechanism for the evaluation of training and educational programs for the Sales Training and Customer Education departments of Guidant Corporation, Cardiac Rhythm Management division. The system should also determine internal/external customer satisfaction, and validate learning effectiveness. The goal of the project was to ensure the resulting system was: a) applicable across both departments; b) easy to use; c) understandable; d) current and consistent; and e) offered recommendations for improving substandard results. The leadership portion included facilitation of the project team, planning, research, motivation, direction and sample tools. The outcome of this project was positive. The system was determined to be an evaluation tool and a pilot study was initiated."--Leaf 4
