James George Drake Papers
註釋This is a collection of correspondence relating mainly to Federal politics. It includes correspondence relating to Drake's work as Postmaster-General and as Attorney-General and about a dozen letters from Sir Edmund Barton regarding various political matters. Other correspondents include Sir Alfred Deakin, Lord Hopetoun, Lord Northcote, Judge O'Connor, and Sir George Reid. There is also a copy of Sir George Reid's memorandum to Lord Northcote, 3 July 1905, regarding a proposed dissolution of parliament and of Lord Northcote's reply, 3 July 1905, refusing to disolve parliament.
