A Primer for Health Care Ethics
註釋Comprises 71 essays originally written for the campus community of the Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center, by the staff of the Center for Health Care Ethics. The University is a Catholic institution; but in his introduction O'Rourke asserts that the essays are written for a pluralistic audience, although none are in conflict with Catholic teaching. Arrangement is in thematic sections on such issues as the use and removal of life support, genetics, organ donation, suicide and physician-assisted suicide, managed care, and artificial generation.
