註釋From the Executive Summary: This study examines Canada's historical and recent experiences with inflation with the purpose of contributing towards a broader understanding of the forces which have kept inflation high since the early 1970s. The analysis is essentially desrciptive in nature, examining the path of inflation during the postwar years, with particular emphasis on the 1970s, and examining the root cause of this inflation.
