Notebook of Captain Henry H. Drown
註釋An 1866 diary used as a notebook kept by Captain Henry H. Drown, Captain of the Steamboat Wild Wagoner. Pages for January 1st through March 15th have been detached. Subsequent pages are mostly black with occasional entries and notes on random pages. Includes entries detailing the maintenance and sale of the Steamboat Wild Wagoner. The Wild Wagoner was built in 1864 in Cincinnati, Ohio in the Leatherbury Yard for Captain Drown and was used for the Wheeling to Cincinnati route until it was sold in 1865 where it changed hands multiple times. It was ultimately sold in 1867 to the New Orleans & Bayou Sara Mail Line and was dismantled in 1873.
