註釋
He was only inaugurated five weeks ago but America's 43rd President, George W. Bush, has already been keeping us Bushism-watcher's busy. Whether he's on tour in Europe or speaking to armed forces in America, Dubya just can't seem to keep those pesky words under control. Here's just a few from the last few months 'I always jest to people, the Oval Office is the kind of place where people stand outside, they're getting ready to come in and tell me what for, and they walk in and get overwhelmed by the atmosphere. And they say man, you're looking pretty.' Nov. 4, 2004 'It's a time of sorrow and sadness when we lose a loss of life.' Dec. 21, 2004 'If you're a younger person, you ought to be asking members of Congress and the United States Senate and the president what you intend to do about it. If you see a train wreck coming, you ought to be saying, what are you going to do about it, Mr. Congressman, or Madam Congressman?' Feb. 8, 2005 Whatever the situation, and no matter what the sentiment you can be sure that President George W. Bush will find his own unmistakable way of conveying it.
