I have experience in writing technical books and papers but a personal memoir was something new and I kept on toying with that idea in my head. This memoir will also helpful to those who are in the service and facing various official problems and how to comet from the jugglery of official channels. A word of caution has also been described while dealing with the Financial duties along with the duties and responsibilities of divisional /Circle level officer.
