Current Law Relating to Water Quality
註釋"Water quality concerns have increased throughout Wisconsin in recent years, partly as a result of reports of groundwater contamination. Examples of pressing issues include high nitrate concentrations and contamination from per- and poly-flouroalkyl substances (PFAS). Existing state and federal laws address water quality, but new reports have prompted interest in additional state-level responses. On February 11, 2019, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos created the Speaker's Task Force on Water Quality. The governor's proposed 2019-21 biennial budget and bills introduced by individual legislators in the 2019-20 legislative session also address water quality. This informational memorandum provides an introductory survey of this complex area of law"."--Page 1.
