The author analyzes the extent to which the rules and regulations of sports federations are covered by the mentioned prohibitions . The focal point of his book is a detailed examination of whether or not the sports federations' rules constitute an abuse within the meaning of the analyzed prohibitions of the abuse of a dominant position.
