A study of board remuneration committees :structure and effectiveness /Kim-Lee Kercher
註釋This thesis examines the structure and effectiveness of board remuneration committees. The study provides evidence on factors that determine the voluntary adoption of corporate governance recommendations regarding remuneration committees in 2008. The findings indicate that remuneration committee existence is significantly associated with insider share ownership, institutional shaerholding and marginally associated with change in CEO.
