註釋
This publication is a transcript of written testimony delivered in May 1992 to the United States Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources. It addresses three questions: (1) How frequently do work-related injuries occur? (2) What are the costs of those injuries? and (3) Who pays for those costs? The answers are drawn from a congressionally requested study, "Compensation for Accidental Injuries in the United States," published by RAND in 1989.
