註釋
Sends the Institute three photographs of Stonehenge; asks what he should charge his client for obtaining leaseholds in the City of London in connection with an extension to the Stock Exchange building; offers to arrange a visit of RIBA members to see the new and old buildings (now united into one) of the Stock Exchange; as there would be interest in the career of Sir Henry A. Hunt, offers to give information on his time at Sir Charles Barry's office in 1836; he, Cole, knew so much more [than Hunt] about Pugin's hand in the design of the Houses of Parliament and `might get it down some day'.
