The Other Side of the Coin
註釋In July of 1967, Maj. Raymond W. Vissotzky and Jo wife Jo, along with their five children moved to Spokane, Washington to quickly find a house and settle in before Ray's August tour of duty began in Korat, Thialand, location of US Air Force 388the Tactical Fighter Wing where he flew the F-105 Thunderchief during the Vietnam War. He needed 100 flight missions or twelve months whichever came first.. With the unpopularity of the Vietnam War the government tried to down play their involvement. Jo and other courageous women never realized they would be fighting for the lives of their husbands and sons on the home front. They inspired America to care.
