註釋In explaining the primary components of each topic, we must carefully enumerate each topic and explain each item up to what extent it covered. In groups and formal organizations, it consists of three items, namely; Nature of groups, behavior in groups, and nature of formal organizations. Nature of groups covered from the formation of its existence and the factors that lead to this form of gathering. In behavior in groups, it mostly covered the types of reactions and actions each group undertake and why such things are being undertaken.Next is deviance and social control. This topic consists of three (3) items that closely defines its existence. They are nature of deviancy, causes of social deviation, and functions of social deviation. Nature of deviancy explains the formation of a deviant up to the extent of how they adopt to the society as a whole. While in causes of social deviation, most of its definitions ranges from the root cause of deviants and why such activity occur among deviants. Finally, the functions of social deviation explains how these deviants can be harmful at the same time be a sign for social awareness amongst us.Finally, collective behavior which is the last of the topics of five (5) items namely: causes of the formation of collective behavior, nature and types of collective behavior, factors affecting life of collective behavior, the role of mass media in mass actions/movements and the causes/effects of mass movements in the Philippines.In causes of the formation of collective behavior, areas such as why people resort to such activity are tackled as well as what lead them to this behavior. In nature and types of collective behavior, the different types and actions of such behavior are explained up to the extent of their actions towards their surroundings. In factors affecting life of collective behavior, areas such as insecurities, security and concern are explained in this item. Next is the role of mass media in mass actions/movements, wherein it emphasizes the effects of mass media that output it through the society. And lastly, cause and effects of mass movements in the Philippines, here the extent of the item are purely on the changing picture of what this social movements contribute to the country.In some cases, we were able to set limitations by solely concentrating on the basic concepts and not going through their extreme parts.
