English Abstract: The concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 as the most important measures for the development of human capital planned to increase the level of pensions of citizens and strengthening the funded pillar.The implementation of legislation governing the funded component of the mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation, including the preliminary results of the program state co-financing of pension savings, as well as the global financial crisis, which affected the Russian economy, highlighted the need for reflection and analysis of the problems faced by the actors and participants Current systems.Thus, in the further optimization of the processes require investment of pension funds and pension reserves, both in terms of finding new financial instruments, as well as in terms of their reliability; requires an examination of the feasibility of the integration of the funded component of the mandatory pension insurance and private pension provision.
