Murder in Nassau
註釋This book is a fictional continuance of the book The Traveling Cat. The book begins the day after the first book ended. Jim, the book's fictional character, has just returned from his trip sailing to and from Nassau in his father's small sailboat. Jim is now entering high school, finds his first girlfriend, and makes the JV football team. Jim soon learns that his friend Johnny, who he met on his trip to Nassau, has been killed by sharks, but Jim does not believe it for a minute. Jim returns to Nassau and finds that before he died, his father left Jim proof that where Jim had discovered a cannon, there was indeed a treasure. The Author JP Rosselle at a very young age was exposed to an adventurous boyhood. He was raised in Miami just several blocks from the entrance to Key Biscayne and the now beautiful Vizcaya Estates. At the time Jim was growing up, Vizcaya was this huge abandoned mostly walled property of over 50 acres that indeed was just about as natural as it could have been with the exception that there was a three-story mansion sitting on it. The Biscayne Bays' waters were then Crystal clear and full of fish and crawfish. Him had what he considered a world much different than most kids, Jim's father taught Jim to swim, camp, sail and work with his hands. His father, who was born on Key West, built their first sailboat when Jim was just 8 years old. The Scouting program in which Him was an active member from ages 8 to 15 and the Coconut Grove Sailing Club added to his on-going skills and adventures. Jim's youth was spent sailing, camping and exploring. School was not Jim's favorite and during his younger years was used to daydream and/or plan his next great adventure. He has written 5 more of which he hopes to soon get to his readers. Jim always says, "the possible is done today, the impossible takes longer". Jim believes, with hard work and the right attitude, anything is possible.
