Neutrosophic sets are comprehensively used in decision making environment. The manifestation of neutrosophic sets in concentric hypergraphs is proposed in this research work. The intention of developing a decision making model using the combination of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps and concentric neutrosophic hypergraph is to rank the core factors of decision making problem and find the inter relational impacts.
