The Mamalilikulla Qwe'Qwa'Sot'Em First Nation as Represented by Chief and Council (the Mamalilikulla Qwe'Qwa'Sot'Em First Nation) and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of British Columbia as Represented by the Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation ("British Columbia") (collectively the "Parties").
