註釋This document is a companion to the International Review of Equity in Higher Education: dismantling deficit in equity structures by drawing on a multidimensional framework. The Review used a multi-layered approach to gather and analyse international evidence of efficacy in equity policy in higher education. This document summarises some key findings of the Review and illustrates how these might be applied to current domestic policy challenges. The proposals contained in this document are therefore intended to illustrate some practical ways that the theoretical and conceptual findings of the Review can be applied. The Review provides evidence and insights that speak to this challenge. The Review identified both the strengths and limitations in current equity research and practice, with the aim to identify some of the tools needed to shift towards more successful models for addressing inequality.
