註釋Jean Onan, an exiled French Huguenot, immigrated from England to King William's Town, Virginia in 1700. His grandson, Denis Onan (b.ca. 1720), lived in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and the family moved to Virginia, where Denis died after 1776. Descendants lived in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio and elsewhere.
