Her mother too passes away when Ambulu is just in her teens leaving behind two sisters and an infant brother. She shoulders the responsibility of the entire family, gets her sisters married and brings up her brother as her own son. Once he gets married, she takes care of his family and children but as age catches up and she becomes increasingly frail and sick, the attitude of everyone changes.

Does she become a burden after living her entire life serving others? Is there anyone who is ready to take care of her? Will she end up in a senior citizen’s home?

Will she ever get deliverance from her sufferings?
