註釋This report is the culmination of a two-year process developing comprehensive statistics on the Yukon agriculture industry. The survey team attempted to collect data from every farm in the territory; information in the report comes from 137 farms that reported. Statistics and discussion are provided under the following sections: industry overview, including land use and farm receipts; a profile of the territory's agricultural lands; production by agricultural sector; and characteristics of farms, such as labour, finances, crop practices, and marketing practices. The report then presents results of a survey in which farmers were asked for their comments on the importance of various development issues facing the industry.
