Delinquent Gangs
註釋Delinquent youth gangs in the United States, as a social phenomenon, ebb and flow in both their numbers and their societal impact. As the United States entered the 1990s, there seemed to be and were more gangs, more gang youth drug involvement, and more violence being perpetrated by such adults. This book describes the gang phenomenon and both recommends and exemplifies a strategy for improving the ability to understand, predict, control, and reorient delinquent gang formation and behaviour.
