The Neoclassical Employment Model Applied to Ghanaian Manufacturing
註釋Economic research paper on employment policy, with regard to employment opportunity generation in manufacturing in Ghana - proposes the application of a modified elasticity concept, with greater emphasis on capital and management, in order to maximize both industrial production and employment, indicates that a 25 percent fall in the wages-rental ratio could create an additional 30 percent increase in jobs in manufacturing over a five-year period and discusses countervailing steps to ensure better equality in income redistribution.
