註釋General description of the collection: The Lynn A. Freeman papers include a completed Korean War Veterans Survey questionnaire describing his training, military leadership, morale, military civilian relations, his combat experience, and his post-war experiences. He gives his opinions on Allied Korean and enemy troops, and on the change of command between MacArthur and Ridgway. The collection includes North Korean propaganda pamphlets, official documents of the 23rd Infantry Regiment from 20 June 1950 to 24 May 1951, a diagram of the 23rd Infantry Regiment's official moustache, and a guide for Korean combat. Also included in the collection is a copy of Regimental ramblers: Twenty-Third Infantry, and a clipping from the Oregonian dated 16 July 1950 on the deployment of the 2nd Infantry Division.
