The Spirit and the Soul Within Me and Don't Lose Your Identity
註釋During the year 2019 Cecilia Svengren begun to note down some things in her life and around people that she thought was uncomfortable. Some words and behaviour used by some people around her affected her way of thinking as spoken words are very important in her for her and she takes it serious. She thought also that those words can affect human soul since words be it negative or positive which is being spoken onto a person flows through the mind before it affects the heart. As Cecilia kept on hearing such words she became more and more uncomfortable around such people as she knew that negative words can affect one's soul if one is not strong enough. Cecilia started thinking about the spiritual aspect of life; what is the driving force which makes people to behave in a certain way that they feel physically and psychologically ill, and how they can find the way to identify themselves. Then Cecilia understood that everything that we are, begins with the what we our thoughts, what we embrace and what someone has spoken onto us. Those words sink down into our heart. Every situation we're going through is because we have accepted it as the way it should be, and that has affected us be it negative or positive. In the beginning, Cecilia wrote "The spirit and the soul within me" as a separate book, whiles she continued with "Don't lose your identity" as a second book, but her friend suggested to her that she should join those two manuscripts together as one book. So Cecilia made up her mind and started working till midnight every day, only for her to share what she has found and to help others who are still experiencing such problems or uncomfortable situations that they think they can't seem to find any way out.The book talks about finding your identity, to also stand for yourself and to be aware of who you are, not changing your values for someone, to know that you are worth more than what you think or believe, and to hold on fast to your believes. Not to allow society to tell you who you are and what you can become - so that you can feel good within yourself and in your life irrespective of your situation.
