Waid, Plymouth, New Hampshire, to Nathan Clifford, postmaster, Newfield, Maine, discusses religion and life in Plymouth and Rumney, New Hampshire. The second letter, 1834, is from R.H. Stevens, to Clifford at Rumney, New Hampshire, and describes Stevens's life around Buffalo, New York, among other places.
