Forest Ecosystem Classification of the Turkey Lakes Watershed, Ontario
註釋Because of the complex interactions between the incidentprecipitation and the various components of the forest ecosystem, it has been recognized that in order to understand the long-termeffects of acidic deposition on forest ecosystems it would benecessary to define these ecosystems in terms of their existingvegetation, soil, and site characteristics. This study, initiatedduring the summer of 1980 as part of the larger research program, set out to define the major forest vegetation and soil types inthe watershed, their relationship to each other and to varioussite factors.
