Raziskave vpliva jasmonske kisline na korenine in listne protoplaste krompirja z EPR spektroskopijo
註釋Jasmonic acid (JA) and its derivatives are a novel group of plant endogenous growth regulators. They influence morfology of plants, mineral nutrition, leafsenescence and other physiological processes. Some new experimental data about physiological effects of JA were obtained using EPR spectroscopy. Experiments were performed on potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L. cv. Vesna) grown in vitro. Different quantities of JA (0,1 - 10 microM) were added to thegrowth medium. A root samle was treated with a spin label (TEMPO); the rateof reduction of TEMPO in different samles was estimated from EPR spectra. Roots, grown in media with higher concentrations of JA, showed more rapid reduction of spin label. This could be due to morfological changes of roots, changes in root transport or altered biochemical reactions as a result of physiological activity of JA. A method for estimation of membrane fluidity of leaf protoplasts was developed. Samples of protoplasts were labeled with MeFASL (10,3). According to our results, JA causes some changes in the properties of cell membranes of protoplasts, isolated from plants grown on themedia with higher concentrations of JA.
