註釋The Forestry Canada Modelling Working Group serves as a forum for scientists to discuss and exchange information on their modelling research: methodologies, progress, and problems. Most modelling relates to growth and yield, but modelling in other fields such as insects and diseases, hydrology, fire, climate and carbon cycling are also included. Speakers from outside Forestry Canada are invited to attend and talk about their research to give ForCan scientists an appreciation of the type and magnitude of research done in the Region.
