The Discharge Behavior of a LiAl/NaAlCl4/CuCl2 Pelletized Thermal Cell
註釋Pelletized thermal battery single cell experiments on the lithium-aluminum alloy/sodium tetrachloroaluminate/copper (II) chloride electrochemical system are described. The effects of copper (II) chloride particle size, brand of graphite in the cathode, variation of the Li content of the alloy anodes, current density, and discharge temperature under constant current discharge conditions are discussed. A mechanism for the reaction of LiAl alloys in the NaAlCl4 electrolyte is proposed.
