全系列教材共兩冊，分別是《臺灣文學讀本》和《臺灣文化教材》。兩冊教材間的互動讓《臺灣文學讀本》和《臺灣文化教材》之間形成了互補的對應關係。文學讀本提供了相關主題的節選篇章，除了帶著讀者領略臺灣文學之美，還透過背景介紹與深度的問題討論幫助學習者從另一個角度感受文本中的文化象徵。而文化教材則介紹了該文化主題中的一個面向，並透過課室活動來加深學習者的印象。

《臺灣文學讀本》適合TOCFL華語文能力測驗程度高階級（B2）和流利級（C1）的學生。

【Introduction】

The series consists of two volumes: Taiwan Literature Reader《臺灣文學讀本》 and Learning through Taiwan Culture《臺灣文化教材》. The interaction between these two volumes creates a complementary relationship. The cultural textbook introduces one facet of the cultural theme and reinforces learners’ understanding through classroom activities, while the literature reader provides selected excerpts on the related theme. In addition to guiding readers to appreciate the beauty of Taiwanese literature, it also helps learners experience the cultural symbols within the texts from another perspective through background introductions and in-depth discussion questions.

Taiwan Literature Reader《臺灣文學讀本》 is suitable for students at the TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) Advanced (B2) and Proficient (C1) levels.
