For 17 years, every Thursday Mr. Putterbee began mowing his lawn and got too tired to finish when he was only half way through. As a result he had a jungle back there, and to his surprise, a tiger found it and moved in. This complicated Mr. Putterbee's life quite a bit, especially since he also had a "Clean up Order" about this jungle and didn't have the money to pay the fine.
