註釋For reviewing EU projects related to indicators of sustainable tourism development and cultural heritage, we searched various EU databases of innovative projects listed at the website of European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/info/research-and-innovation/projects/project-databases_en. On this website, you can find a list of databases covering EU-funded research and innovation projects. After reviewing all databases of EU projects, we focused in detail the INTERREG IVC approved project database, as it is the only one that covers projects that directly address sustainable issues in tourism. These projects are collected in a common electronic database at: https://keep.eu/. The database includes Interreg, Interreg-IPA cross-border, ENI-CBC and, IPA-IPA cross-border projects. The database contains 22,667 projects, which is 84% of all projects and is updated daily (keep.eu, n. d.).
