Josef Tiso e la questione ebraica in Slovacchia
註釋Objects to attempts of revisionist historians, e.g. Jan Slota and Milan Durica, to absolve Tiso of responsibility for Slovakian antisemitic policies carried out during his administration (1939-45) by arguing that he acted under Nazi pressure. Asserts that documents at the Bratislava National Archive and at the Vatican show that Tiso supported the exclusion of Jews from Slovakian life, the promulgation of the Jewish Code (the equivalent of the Nuremberg Laws), the Aryanization of Jewish property, and the deportations. He was not influenced by criticism from the Vatican, nor did he accept responsibility when he was prosecuted after the war.
