註釋Mixture of autobiographical narrative and diary entries (ca. 1844-1892) telling of Joseph Robinson's life. Describes his conversion to Mormonism in 1835; life in Nauvoo Illinois; persecutions of the Mormon Saints; participation in plural marriage; migration to Utah in 1848; and pioneer experiences near the towns of North Canyon, Farmington, and Mountain Green in Utah. Includes a copy of one of the last letters he wrote (to his wife, Mary) and his obituary, copied from the Deseret Weekly (Deseret News), Saturday, Jan. 7, 1893.
