An Introduction to Immunocytochemistry

The text is illustrated with explanatory diagrams and photomicrographs. An appendix contains step-by-step instructions for many of the basic techniques at light and electron microscopical levels. Other sections deal with sources of error and nonspecificity, and techniques for recording results photographically. For this revised edition, the authors have updated the text in light of the latest developments and added 20 new references to the literature.
