註釋Grace Weir: A fine line is a solo exhibition organised by Cornerhouse that features a selection of new film installations by the Dublin-based artist, including two new works especially commissioned by Cornerhouse for the exhibition: Dust defying Gravity and Bending spacetime in the basement. Both works suggest movement in space through the camera s mechanical frame, bringing a new cinematic experience into the gallery space. The exhibition also brings a prominent focus on the cross disciplinary programme of Cornerhouse and continuing investigation into film, video and new media as contemporary expressions of contemporary artists. Grace Weir: A Fine Line is a touring exhibition, shown at Cornerhouse, 13 September 26 October 2003 and at the Newlyn Art Gallery, 9 November - 6 December 2003. The project will also feature a symposium held in collaboration with Westminster University, London, 24 25 October 2003.
