David Brown
註釋This manuscript diary of David Brown contains line-a-day entries for the year 1791; this diary was once interleaved in Bickerstaff's Massachusetts Almanac for 1791, two leaves of which are present here. Brown was a tailor, whose production as well as his movement from his house in Westmoreland, N.H., to his parents' home in Hubbardston, Mass., is carefully recorded. Other entries deal with taking meals, noting births and deaths, town and church meetings, and the like. There are also partial accounts and notes on illnesses and ephemera at the rear of the volume.
