Oceanographic Variations Across the Gulf Stream Off Charleston, South Carolina, During 1965 and 1966
註釋“The ship Peirce of the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey (U.S.C.&G.S.), now the National Ocean Survey (NOS) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), conducted a physical oceanographic program across the Gulf Stream off Charleston, South Carolina. The project consisted of a series of cruises, one every two weeks, from August 1965 to July 1966. The primary objectives of the program were to investigate the variability of the physical properties and to record the dynamic variability of the Gulf Stream over a period of one year.”
