So, it's also important that employees of the organization should feel motivated in the organization to give a positive image of the organization. Employer branding is thus defined as a targeted, long-term strategy to manage the awareness and perceptions of job seekers, employees, potential employees and related stakeholders with regards to a particular firm". Employer Branding can be performed internally as well as externally through employees as well as general public.
