Being a part of an organization with a great work culture is very important for today's job seeker. Most of them will look at your company's social profiles and review of the organization before applying. So, it's also important that employees of the organization should feel motivated in the organization to give a positive image of the organization. Employer branding is thus defined as a targeted, long-term strategy to manage the awareness and perceptions of job seekers, employees, potential employees and related stakeholders with regards to a particular firm". Employer Branding can be performed internally as well as externally through employees as well as general public.
