It is broken into two different sections called Emotionally Disturbed and Heartaches of the Past. The poetry mostly has a rhythm/beat to it, depending on how you read it. I love the tradition of rhyming in poetry, which is something I strive to do in most if not all my poetry. This book is no different with the rhyming and rhythm. I hope you all enjoy it as it is a deep and vulnerable collection.
