Iconography of the Maltese Islands (H/B)
註釋

The name itself says a lot; "plant-based" means, translated to the letter, based on the plants, therefore a mainly vegetal alimentation, but not only. It is not just a matter of consuming vegetables but of eating natural foods: not processed industrially, not treated, not deriving from the exploitation of resources and animals, better if zero km.

The ethical component joins the healthy and robust will: better if cruelty-free, foods must be above all unprocessed, fresh, healthy, balanced, light, rich in essential nutrients... is a plant-based diet but not vegan/vegetarian, which emphasizes the quality and healthiness of foods rather than their "moral" value, although with great attention to sustainability.
