Effects of Temperature Upon Young Chinook Salmon
註釋Salmon eggs and young salmon are subjected to unfavorable water temperatures due to impoundment of water for hydroelectric power, increase in pollution, and diversion of river water for irrigation. The objectives of the author's experiments were to measure the effects of temperature on chinook salmon in regards to rate of embryological development, mortality, morphological abnormalities, growth rate, and number of vertebrae and fin rays.
