Criminal Intelligence Systems
註釋A successful intelligence operations is the result of: (1) an understanding of the legal principles which apply; (2) organization of the agency so that it is committed to proper collection, analysis, maintenance and use of intelligence information; and (3) cultivation of support for and understanding of the value of the intelligence operation in the community which will lead to acceptance and understanding of the scope of that operation. This document will examine these areas.
