註釋The original McLean Management Consultants Pty Limited (MMC) "Problem Solving Pocket Guide" was published in 1997 to be a summary of the "Problem Solving Guidebook" and the 28 "Tools and Techniques" for Continual Improvement. The "Pocket Guide" was revised and now in A4 size for easier readability and has an Australian Made product Licence ID: 16696. The MMC Problem Solving "DACSIS" methodology was adapted to complement the client's Context and their approaches to solving problems in their processes, across diverse industries nationally and internationally. Although used by individuals, it is more commonly used for more complex problems requiring a team-based project.
